Small Groups, are a big part of connection here at New Life. They are groups of 8-12 people that meet throughout the week in someone's home or at the church.
This team consists of 3 parts:
- Group Leadership Team that helps develop, train and mentor individual group leaders
- Curriculum Team to help research and support Small Group Leaders (Rightnow Media is an excellent source we have to support this team as well).
- Small Group Leaders - host and facilitate the weekly or bi-weekly small group in their home or at the church
