OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR SAFETY

As we gather in-person, please use wisdom and discernment as you come

and afford the same grace toward others that you would like for yourself.

We are committed to promoting unity and grace toward each other.

ALL ARE WELCOME.

For those who are not yet ready or able to return to our in-person services we will stream and record our service

in order to create opportunities for everyone to continue to engage in the life of our church.

How You Can Help

If you are not feeling well or are experiencing any flu-like symptoms,

please stay home for your health and the health of others.

Reporting Covid-19 Exposure

If you discover you've had a COVID exposure or possible COVID exposure, we have created an anonymous reporting tool to protect our church family as a whole.

“Exposure” is a close contact with someone who was less than 6 feet away from an infected person (laboratory-confirmed or a clinical diagnosis) for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period. For example, three individual 5-minute exposures for a total of 15 minutes.

People who are exposed to someone with COVID-19 after they completed at least 5 days of isolation are not considered close contacts.

Reporting Form

This form is confidential and will only be used for the sole purpose of contact tracing. Your name and the name of anyone in your family will not be shared beyond our COVID response team.

If you prefer, you can call us at 707-765-0956 or email us at info@newlifepetaluma.com. We hope and pray you and yours stay healthy. Please let us know if you need anything at all.

Request exposure notifications

Filling out this form adds you to a list of people who want to be notified if exposure occurs. We will do our best to send out information in a timely manner so that you can use this data to make informed decisions for yourself and your family before attending church.
